A Mormon church on the Upper East Side recently opened a photography exhibit called "Reflections of Christ":
A photographer took actors who participate in an annual Easter pageant in Mesa, AZ and with them created and shot scenes depicting the life of Christ. He also shot a short film documenting the making of the photographs, and enlisted the help of several musicians to compose music to accompany the exhibit/photographs. So it is sort of a multimedia thing. The exhibit and film can be seen (free of charge) at the Latter-day Saint church at 217 E. 87th Street (between 2nd & 3rd Avenues) from 4/24-4/26. Times are as follows:
Thurs 4/24: 7-9:30 pm
Fri 4/25: 7-9:30 pm
Sat 4/26: 4-9:30 pm
Sun 4/26: 5-8 pm
You can check out the exhibit website at: http://www.reflectionsofchrist.org/
