One-Dish Delish: Crab Dip

8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. mozzarella (or cheddar-jack) cheese
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (defrosted with all the water squeezed out)
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
8 oz. imitation crab meat, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low - stirring often - until cheeses are melted
Increase heat to medium and continue to cook -stirring often - until hot and starting to bubble
DO NOT let it come to a boil
Serve with your favorite chips or crackers

if you don't like crab, just leave it out and have a tasty spinach dip
